Lest We Forget

This past weekend we celebrated Remembrance Day and took time out to reflect on the sacrifices that have been made for us to live in freedom. Last year I wrote a poem and I thought I would stick with tradition. Here is what I feel from my heart for those that have given and still give the ultimate for me and my country. Thank you to the men and women who served and continue to serve.

We take a small amount of time each year to honour those that have served and are serving. It is a small token for the grand gesture. The best response to remembering their sacrifices is to live lives worthy of what was given to us.
